Dear Ashlie,

 I just sat down to write you a personal note of thanks,(SIC) we really so much loved having you and Scott prepare the delicious meals for us. We loved every meal! We were all amazed at how you could do that and have them so delicious two days later!  Having you there, made my vacation!

We are planning to make this an annual event and we are going to rent the same house for the same week in August next year, so we all hope you will be available that week. We wish you and all your family a great year and we will stay in touch.

Just want you to know we're still enjoying your wonderful bounty....it's lasting much longer than we anticipated since we're not home for dinner a lot!  :-)  I didn't want you to think that we weren't pleased or wouldn't be using your services again.  We're VERY pleased, and we'll give you some lead time when it's time to cook another batch of good stuff for us.

By the way, June 23 marked a year since Bob's surgery, and he's down 96#!  Amazing.  Thanks for your help in his success.

I have used Chef Ashlie for several different events from dinner parties at home to office lunches, corporate open house, networking event, even my wedding reception... She never ceases to amaze with the fabulous variety of flavors, styles and professional presentation.  She has been everything each event has required and more...  I'm not sure which was the best part of having her cook and serve in my home, the incredible food or the fact that when she left, the kitchen was not only cleaner than when she arrived but the left overs were neatly packaged and in the refrigerator in my own containers.

The office staff has been talking all year about how much more they enjoyed last years relaxing Christmas dinner in our home over previous years when it was held in a restaurant.  They can't wait to do it again this year!

I never thought I could ever afford to have my own personal chef, but I was astonished at what an economical option it was.
